1.What is REACH?
REACH stands for the Regulation for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals,this Regulation should ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment from the wide-spread use of chemical substances and entered into force on 1st June 2007.

2. Aim of REACH:
Ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment Enhancing competitiveness and innovation Reducing vertebrate animals test Consistent with international obligations under WTO.
From the real sense,REACH regulations would promote the chemical industry innovation, make producers to produce more safe products and stimulate growth and competitiveness. REACH is different from other existing legislations it will introduce a single unified system for all chemicals and enable producers to product new chemical products under a single principle.
