Radiocommunications Compliance Labelling—Devices Notice 2014
The Radiocommunications Compliance Labelling—Devices Notice 2014 is made under subsection 1821 of the Radiocommunications Act 1992 the Act which provides that the ACMA may, by notice published in the Gazette, require any person who manufactures or imports a device included in a specified class of devices to apply a label to the device to indicate whether the device complies with radiocommunications standards made by the ACMA under section 162 of the Act section 162 standard.

a be registered on the national database or
b if the ACMA has not designated in writing a national database for the purposes of this Division—have been issued a supplier code number. "
